Concern Resolution

Each day, we strive to make the CHRISTUS Mission, Core Values and Vision a reality within the work environment.  As part of our continuous  efforts to fulfill our Covenant with Associates, CHRISTUS Health has established a multilevel system for the resolution of problems and con cerns in the workplace.  This system provides CHRISTUS Health Associates with several options.

If you have an issue you feel should be addressed, we encourage you to contact:

  • your supervisor or manager
  • the local Compliance or Co-Compliance Officer
  • your department director
  • the Human Resources department
  • the Administrator/CEO
  • any Administrative Representative
  • the CHRISTUS Health Corporate Compliance Officer

If the problem or concern remains unresolved, or if you know of suspected violations of laws or of CHRISTUS Health policies, guidelines or  procedures, you are encourage to call the confidential CHRISTUS Integrity Line at 1-888-728-8383 or logon on to the confidential CHRISTUS I ntegrity Link at http://www.christusintegritylink.org.

The CHRISTUS Integrity Line and Integrity Link are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Your confidentiality will be protected to the  fullest extent allowed by law.  Resolution or retaliation for reporting concerns in good faith will not be tolerated.
