Dr. Timothy Lopez Joins CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Cancer Center
Dr. Lopez is a New Mexico native with more than 35 years of experience in treating New Mexico’s cancer patients. He most recently treated patients in Los Alamos and, in prior years, was affiliated with CHRISTUS St. Vincent.
“I am pleased to return to CHRISTUS St. Vincent and join a team of dedicated oncology providers that I know and trust,” Dr. Lopez said. “I look forward to continuing my calling of caring for our community of cancer patients and their families as they navigate a cancer diagnosis.”

Dr. Lopez will be practicing in Santa Fe at the CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Cancer Center on Zia Drive. He has availability to see new patients. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 505-913-8988.
Dr. Lopez graduated from the University of New Mexico School Of Medicine in 1984. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Bay State Medical Center and completed a Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. He has been active in a variety of community service organizations over the years, and he loves spending his free time in the great outdoors.
