The consultation was good and the administration process was very clear and well intended. Unfortunately, the charge in advance for the copay has created a lot of confusion and I ended up losing a couple of office days of work over the phone with no satisfactory answer

Just that they got busy at the end and I had to try to wave someone down to take me to the bathroom while waiting on my release papers. But great besides that part.

Terrible about everything

Only problem I had and I did tell the nurse was the blood pressure cuff was way to tight. Since being home my arm and shoulder hurts still.

He was extremely careful in explaining and what was coming next. No fear and I walked out with no pain and still don’t have any pain.

Dr Bordon is an amazing surgeon. I trust him completely. I felt safe with him doing this operation and never had any concerns about anything.

Doctor explained what would take place when we go into surgery. And when he could do the surgery.

Both doctors were very good at explaining what was to be done and both took the time to make sure I understood. The follow-ups were very good as well.
