Dr Zaman is attentive, listens and asks appropriate questions and gives concrete suggestions. Each visit is specific to appointment at hand and isn't rushed or dismissive to questions. Very personable. I learn good information on how to proceed, moving forward.

Always willing to listen and try and help you with your problems.

Medications with fewer negative side effects should always be presented first.

Doctor is very young and very knowledgeable and responds to questions very quickly. I do think older patients would have issues with his quick answers and responses.

I feel that I was not intended to in a timely manner. Once in the procedure room, it was at least 30 to 45 minutes before the doctor came in to preform the procedure and I felt ever thing he did.

Dr. Zaman took the time to look at my last MRI very carefully and showed me where the pain was coming from. He was very careful to explain things in a medical way but without over complicating it in consideration of the fact that I am totally unschooled about medical facts.

Billing with VA is seriously an issue. failure to properly process pre-authorization and then Billing the Veteran is a catastrophic failure of your system. Other than that I am very pleased with the service provided.
