Dr. Smith is a board-certified pediatrician who received her medical degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, LA. She completed her residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX and fell in love with the city and people of San Antonio after serving as the Chief Resident at CHRISTUS Children’s. She is active in the Texas Pediatric Society and San Antonio Pediatric Society, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Smith is happily married to her husband Josh, and is mother to one wonderful son. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling throughout Texas, painting, and playing with the family’s chocolate Labrador mix, Tucker.
