Recommend you rebuke your maintenance people on calibration of your BP machines. Mainly the one at the doctor's entrance. There was a to point difference in that one and room number four. Your patients will appreciate it.

Her after visit notes are great. My memory is not great and her after visit notes were extremely helpful for what I needed to do and when I needed to do. She noted specific events that needed to happen to know I did not need to worry. I did not remember these when I got home and the notes saved me the grief of trying to remember exactly what to look for.
