My only concern is that some times is hard to get an appointment on emergency basis

I love it. It’s a good spot. The only thing is I wish they’d give you a print out and discuss your blood work and urine analysis because when you look at it online, you don’t know what high and low means.

I am a happy ""customer"" of the Christus Clinic on the Island. I receive excellent care and courtesy on my visits. I am particularly pleased that my blood work results are always available within a day on the Patient Portal... no waiting for days to get results!

NP DeLeon is an amazing caregiver. She listens explains covers options. She takes care of her patients and I really appreciate that.

Only have one complaint I've been in the hospital with you twice now both times that I've been in the hospital I was released without having the equipment and care that I needed when I got home I was told that it was being taken care of but got home and found out that nothing had been taken care of and I had to handle it on my own this last visit that I had with you after spending two weeks with you I will send home by the rotation doctor of the floor and no one removed the deep tissue IV Port that I had in my arm which meant that I had to remove it for myself after speaking with another doctor about how to do it I had no food and no Joey pump to feed myself I had to get it ordered and pay for it before it would even get sent out which meant the first night home I had no pain medication and I had no food that being said I lost 2 lb at night and suffered a lot of pain that was needless which was very disappointing because the nurses took such good care of me and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room the cleaning staff and my surgeons that did the surgery but I still would recommend you as a hospital because of the care of the nurses

She treats older people with respect. Does not act like you are taking up her valuable time with ailments just because you are older!

Her friendly manner of dealing with me makes me feel confident with her decisions and I am always glad to see her.

I am not sure how to get in sooner when in desperate need for care. Maybe another location may be able to? The scheming staff seems to have no REAL concerns for our emergency needs. Strike 2

Can't get a phone call answered. Then Can't get a return call when I leave a message. Service was much better when we began in 2020.

I truly feel like it’s irresponsible when someone’s in pain to leave them unprotected. I can handle pain physically but to worsen my condition by not following up with me or telling me I have to come back into the office and make an appointment so there’s another co-pay before they’ll actually help me progress or get a referral to me as an better than a bowl. I come from a medical family surgeons and doctors and it’s a disappointment
