The doctor was very professional in her manner to explain how the appointment was going to be and it was just as said.

Staff in back did an excellent job. They did apologize for the wait. I understand it was busy but that was a long time to wait in the lobby.

I felt the dr genuinely cared for my wellbeing and even took time to show me a few exercises to help me and I was very grateful for that.

Again my only dissatisfaction is having people with no air conditioning in their vehicles wait in the heat. Please look at the possibility of having some cool area or perhaps a tarp of some sort to protect from the sun and heat. Otherwise I was well satisfied with all other aspects of services rendered.
