We need more caring like Dr Saeed

I guess my concern overall is that there seems to be no real answers for my condition. All I have is a diagnosis which I had from day 1. Each visit seems to have been a waste of time and gas.

No empathy, appeared disconnected

We were glad to be recommended a different medication than has been prescribed by our regular dr.

Very pleasant atmosphere

Please update the lab test needed creatine(sp) before an infusion of Reclast can proceed with all the Dr's that order the infusion. I'll remember it for myself for sure. It would've saved a lot of time that day if I had that test in my chart.

There were a couple of things I should have brought up but that’s my fault. I get flustered because I’m not used to a doctor who listens.

She is very hard to understand and I spent 3 years working closely with people from other countries.

I felt that she was excellent in her knowledge and was able to give me a solution to my problem

She did not act like I was wasting her time. She acted like a doctor who cares about her patients...

My only complaint is the lack of communication.

I felt like she will get to the bottom of my problem and will not stop short. I trust her with my health

I never get upset at having to wait if the doctor spends time with me and doesn't make me feel like they are in a rush. I understand that taking time with your patients may put you behind!

I thought she was amazing and felt like I was in good hands with her and that she would take care of me.

I felt like she dismissed everything I had to say. I believe it goes back to her thinking the previous lab results were flawed.

I feel like the doctor was overwhelmed with the amount of patients she has and the front desk help is useless- on their cell phones and terrible attitudes and not helpful
