The only complaint that I have is that the medical assistant that called me in didn’t even greet me . She seemed disturbed or maybe mad I don’t know . I have worked for numerous medical offices and I know it’s very important to greet patients.

I enjoy going to see the doctor he is allways friendly and listens to my problems. The staff are allways smiling treat me with respect only one person there at check in was a little rude one time guess.having a bad day but mostly they are very helping and courteous. After the nurse takes vitals and leaves the room it takes the doctor at least 30 to 35 minutes to come the exam room. He seems not to be concerned when I talked about needing to be refered to a ENT

Always an enjoyable visit when having an appointment

Still waiting for prescription refills but was unable to provide urine sample until today. Appointment was Friday afternoon provided urine sample Monday. I take prostate medication so urination is sometimes difficult.

Your lab facilities are to small and a 2-3 hour wait to get labs done is unacceptable.

I suggest that the nurse/tech review the prior visit information and when asking questions explain the purpose for asking the question (don't just read the script for a confusing question).

Dr. Guerrero takes the time to listen to any questions that you may have and provides answers in layman terms.

He took his time to listen and address my medical needs and concerns.

Dr Guerrero is excellent. It seems that he may be restricted by management and not be free to perform his duties to his patients to the fullest capacity.

Because it was impossible to reach the staff. They are nice to you. But what good is having good communication skills when they (staff) send referrals to an office 4 hours away. It's like they have no common sense. I think they ruined what was a good practice.

This PCP listens to his patients and provides great medical service.

The staff struggled with getting information into computer. Not able to book follow up because of the computer problem.

This was initial visit with Dr Guererro and his staff. My previous doctor retired last October/November just before I needed a PCP for scheduled a knee revision surgery (11 years overdue). I now have the ability to reschedule my surgery again.

Had to wait in exam room close to an hour
