I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Zoller. My rating has nothing to due with his care. It's about the the time frame I was given. Also, the Dr's assistant was very rude when I told her how concerned I was. She basically seemed like she didn't care and was upset because I had questions and concerns. I expressed I knew this was her fault directly but continued to be very rude.

Maybe this was just a meet and greet and not an actual physical? Perhaps that is why no blood tests were ordered and not much time spent looking at my meds etc.

My mother is 82 and he is very patient with her.

Pleasant and over all good medical experience. Only problem was I was unable to contact Nurse after she left message on my phone. No answer after calling in several times which is frustrating. Nurse Isabel took initiative to leave message on MYCHART which I believe was good.

He listened to me about a couple of prior issues I had with the practice(no issue with him)

I would have liked if he had spent more time meeting me. I went in to establish new patient and that did not happen

when blood tests are ready I would like to have an answer. my chart is down. three days is too long. my computer is down and I cannot not get it fixed till after thanksgiving. and when I call the office I would like to have consistent answers.

The doctor was cordial perfectly nice but didn't really ask me about my health what about not having blood work in my records I'm 66? The fact that his office never is returned to call and I called 3 times I'm just very disappointed it looked like he was very busy in every 15 minutes he had another patient and I was just a number number I don't blame him but for some reason he just wanted to refer me to specialist

I always feel like Dr. Zoller is listening to me. He takes the time to explain things but still keeps things on track.
