I'm very fortunate to have Dr. Ramirez as my PCP. I changed Humana Plans this year. When I got my new card in the mail at the first of the year, it has another doctor's name on the back I didn't recognize. I called Humana & they started to act like I had to stay with what I was assigned. I explained, no, on my previous plan for 5 years, it was Dr. Ramirez. My Humana Rep KNEW I wanted to remain with my Doctor! So they changed it back. 😊

Only thing I don’t like is they don’t take appointments after 3:30 and most working people don’t get out of work until 5:00pm and have to lose pay to get out early to make their Dr.s visit

I am extremely pleased with my care under Dr. Ramirez. I've never had a GP before who worked so diligently at pulling together all the Specialists for me and giving me the results of their exams even before the others do. Dr. R. is compassionate and and overall great doctor.
