The best
Always great
Thank you!
None. His very good doctor.
Only issue was a long wait before we saw the doctor.
I was impressed with the time he took to research my concern and found a possible solution when I had this problem for years and no other provider had looked into it this thoroughly. I am impressed!
Knowledgeable, personable
Very satisfied.
Great doctor
He is the best Doctor I've ever been to.
He is a real treasure & I would recommend him for anyone that’s fed up with not being heard &/or just frustrated with their current doctor. He cares about his patients & it shows through his smiles.
Took time to talk to me nor at me. We need more doctors that listen and talk to you not at you.
very good
The overall care from Dr. Arce is amazing, but if anything can be done, even if it's a counseling, it would be appreciated. My husband and I were in a bad car accident back in December, and my right arm was broken. I have yet to return to work. Obviously we are having financial issues right now, and I was unable to make my copay at the last visit, as the last little bit of money we had went into the gas tank of the vehicle we got from the crappy buy here pay here dealership we got our car at a few weeks ago, as our attorneys are still working on our case. I explained this to the receptionist, and she told me that because all copays are to be collected at the time of service, that I could receive a bill from my insurance for the total of the whole appointment. I told her that's not how that works unless the billing department at your facility just doesn't bill correctly, and I've never had that issue, as I've had my card information stolen a couple of years ago and wasn't able to pay my copay then and was able to pay it at a later date, but she insisted that she was correct and that I could be responsible for the whole amount of the appointment. I just said ok and walked away because it wasn't worth arguing about. I don't know if it was a scare tactic or what, but your employees shouldn't be lying to patients like that. It's extremely unprofessional.
I appreciate the time Dr. Arce took to inquire about my background. I learned many things.
