Improve on the wait time before being seen. I was in waiting room for 30 mi before being put in a room. Then had to wait 40-45 minutes in a room.

not able to get you to file all my bills with my insurance....this has been going on since 2014! every 3 months you do not file with my insurance until I insist. this will be the last time I will insist since it is my understanding that If you do not file with my insurance I will not be liable for the payment of the bill.
