From the moment I walked through the door listening to the spiritual music. To the receptionist,to the dr, then leaving every thing was perfect. It was like God sent me there. I have been extremely skeptical about changing dr. I dont like changing drs. I travel all the way to Shreveport to see Dr Nelson. I stepped out on faith and has now changed my Dr to Ms Madelene. Thanks for everything. I will be referring others as well.

I just hope she can help me have texted constantly for a new med because my other one she called in was not covered and no response. I don’t feel good and no feedback. I’m dissatisfied with the message system and seems I need to reschedule an appointment for a simple drug change. I’m actually texting a lot trying to get her to help me and I apologize about that but my experience with this application isn’t helpful at this time.
