Megan is on her game every time I visit. She is thorough in her explanations and her plans to address any issues. When I use the portal, she and her nurse are prompt in their responses. Megan and her nurse Janette have been looking after me and my various issues for a number of years now, and I wouldn't change a thing. I am already receiving the best care through them.

This has nothing to do with Megan but the billing department is very poor. They sent a bill from over a year ago and I am trying to clear this up. They say they will call me and NEVER call! Very poor customer service!

This has been a tough transition from my doctor and a changing providers. I have a lot of learning to do to understand just what I qualify for or need.
