I am being sent to another specialist and the called me to schedule that appointment before I got a chance. I really appreciate that and the fact that the appointment is only a week away. Thank you.

The check in & out was not very efficient. There were 2 of us standing there waiting to check-in as the sign indicated and realized we had to go to a different desk because staff was at lunch. Better signage would be helpful. I'm also still waiting for a call from scheduler for my surgery. I've already followed up with a call and still nothing.

I have had some very unsatisfactory experiences with medical providers over the past year or two . It was refreshing to leave Ms Garcia's office feeling that the appointment had been positive experience.

The listening skills of all I have come into contact with have been outstanding.

Very knowledgeable but unfortunately didn't have many answers to my specific condition (probably because there are no answers)

It would have been good if provider had responded to my message regarding the problem I experienced after following her recommendation for double wrapping my hand. It also would be good if there was a connection between surgical team recommendations and OT therapy progress/input.

I sat in an office for at least 30 minutes. It was assumed I was going to get a shot but thought An exam would be done thoroughly but it was very quick and I received a shot and am still in pain and the problem persists. No follow up for more than a month because of no appointments

She is very patient and kind.

Gave my hands shots for hand pain without hesitation.

Ll would have been higher except for the issues as explained in question one.

I have observed that yoga on my fingertips with my hand turned outward allows stretching of the hand and fingers without pain in my wrist.

I have never felt more cared for by a team of physicians in all my life!
