We love Dr Henigan shes amazing!

We see and spend WAY more time with the nurses than the doctor. We have full conversation with the nurses. The doctor is there for 5 to 8 minutes at best. Its in the room and then out. The nurses noticed our daughter had been through a significant growth spurt but the doctor didn't. And then she looked at us as if we had not been feeding our child. The next month we came back and even with our daughter being sick she had gained weight. And not due to the protein drinks she wanted her to take that she would not drink. Nurses are amazing and we appreciate them noticing these things so we don't feel like we've done something wrong. After being in the room with someone for 5 minutes.

Please provide full training to your front desk staff before starting a job. Your new recruit couldn't let me thru to my child's doctor when I call in to get blood report from my child's doc. She was very rude. Please have polite speaking staff at the front desk.
