She's a thinker. If she thinks about a drug given n decides it wasn't best choice.. she will speak up & change Thst med saying it's not the best one for this situation. So I know she will speak up got patient care even if it is bringing up her decision in the prior months. So she's very honest.

I took my son up there and they wouldn't treat him because I was his step dad. He real dad never had anything to do with him I am his dad I was very upset what if he didn't know I wasn't his dad I would have to explain that because u-all wouldn't see him. Very unprofessional

Doctors and PA have you in their clutches by not refilling prescriptions unless you visit. I can understand that but when I ask for a FaceTime visit was told no

Dr Busch was wonderful. I think your questionnaire should clarify as to what a “Provider” is. As I interpreted provider as Dr Busch but the way it may appear to others is “The Clinic”. Just a thought.
