I have never used my chart before and she did not tell me that that would be our means of communication. It took me two days to realize that I had results in my chart waiting for me to see and also instructions. I missed an appointment that they scheduled for me and I never knew it had been scheduled. I would have liked to have received a phone call explaining the results of my test and my follow up procedures.

I appreciate her service and time.

Hour plus wait time and unprepared nurse practioner

Be mindful of the time and how many patients you schedule for the day. I know healthcare is a business above everything else but your patients time is worth something.

I had to take a drug test and I'm not really sure why it wasn't explained to me. I also felt a little talked down to because my therapist wasn't doing CBT

Ms. Tiller is a wonderful. Listener and a caring person. She wants to make sure you get better. She is an awesome person and you are fortunate to have such a person!
