Fix your appointment problem. I do not appreciate not getting an appointment and having to call you in six months and being told I can't be seen for 2 additional months. This doesn't speak well for the Christus Co.

Overloaded with patients. The Dr did not have a room for me. Set in seating in hallway with general families. No privacy wishi had never stopped for ER care
