About
Amy Duncan developed a love for pediatrics while working in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for ten years. She then worked eight years as an emergency room nurse at CHRISTUS Mother Frances in Tyler, Texas. Once she graduated as a pediatric nurse practitioner, she spent two years in a developmental clinic following babies who graduated from the NICU and working with children who have autism. Amy then began working in a neurology clinic where she continued to care for children with developmental conditions, autism, ADHD, migraines, and epilepsy.
Amy says she has always enjoyed working with children and finds it rewarding to help families manage their children’s illnesses while giving them the best opportunity to live their lives to the fullest. Amy is originally from East Texas and has four children and a hobby farm.
