I was pleased with the care that I received during my visit in the office. The sign in clerks was very pleasant and professional. The nurse showed me care and concern while assisting me to the examining room. She was very responsive and professional in my care during my visit.

Amy Sustaita told me exactly the tests I had to have done and scheduled them for me. I have already had my blood work done and look forward to having my bone density test scheduled for December 17th.

Multiple issues. Only one issue addressed. This showed more concern with billing as copay office visit. Continuity of care has been sporadic and this is contributing to chronic health issues and poor compliance.
