Bailey attended Eastern Illinois University for her undergraduate studies in psychology and foreign languages followed by a graduate degree in biological sciences. In 2022, she completed her master’s degree in genetic counseling at Augustana University in South Dakota. Bailey has training in all areas of genetic counseling including pediatrics, adult, cancer, prenatal, and laboratory tests. She joined CHRISTUS Children’s in June 2022.
