Meet Brenda Stanley, APRN, NNP-BC, MSN

Brenda is an inpatient neonatal nurse practitioner in the NICU at CHRISTUS Children's. She received a Diploma in Nursing in 1995 while living in Canada. She completed my RN to BSN degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2011. She graduated from The University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2014 with a Master of Science in Nursing with a neonatal nurse practitioner focus. Brenda became board certified in 2014. Brenda worked as a NICU nurse at CHRISTUS Children’s for 16 years beginning in 1998 with varying roles from bedside nurse, transport nurse, ECMO nurse and charge nurse before completing her education and progressing to the role of neonatal nurse practitioner.
