Dr. Kingston completed his Academic Medicine Fellowship from the Family Practice Faculty Development Center in Waco, TX, after completing his Doctor of Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
