About
Carolyn Johnson, FNP-C, is part of our primary care team at CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Palestine, TX. She specializes in preventive care, evidence-based practices, DOT physicals, women’s health, and sports physicals. Carolyn provides individual, patient-centered care for acute and chronic illnesses for patients aged two and older. She strongly emphasizes a unique care plan encouraging and supporting each patient's needs.
She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler.
In her free time, Carolyn enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
