Meet Cheryl Duncan, PA-C

Cheryl is a certified Physician Assistant. After an initial career in laboratory science and laboratory management, Cheryl realized she wanted direct interaction with patients and returned to school at Louisiana State University School of Allied Health to obtain her degree as a physician assistant. Upon graduating in 2000, Cheryl has specialized in hematology and oncology. She is particularly rewarded by the patient relationships she develops and nurtures through their challenging journeys.

Additionally, Cheryl lectures and precepts students in the LSU Physician Assistant Program. She spends her free time with a host of rescued animals, husband and family. Her other interests include reading, football, camping and traveling.
