There is no substitute for attentive listening & concern for a person’s wellbeing - from help finding the way in a hospital maze to a warm blanket when chilled. 😊

Made sure you understood by speaking loud so you could hear him.

The people who work there are very courteous and Dr Boylan explains things in a way you can understand.

My visit with Dr. Boylan was fine, but being left waiting an hour in the waiting room was not fine, but that was not his fault.
