Meet Colleen Jacobs, PA-C

Colleen Jacobs, PA-C, specializes in pain management and primary care. She is from Lake Charles, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree in 2014.

She joins Ochsner CHRISTUS after serving as a Physician Assistant at Lake Charles Urgent Care and Lake After Hours the past nine years. She is certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. She’s also certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
