Chung told me to squeeze her fingers as hard as I can, then she screamed in my face “ouch let go”, which of course I did, then she guffaws “im joking”. She used ‘baby talk’ to talk to me, that was so embarrassing and humiliating. She didn’t care about me being autistic at all, and criticized my husband accompanying me. I need him with me, he helps my anxiety.

maybe try and help your patient not just give them Advil and send them on their way when they are clearly sick and has a high temp

Wish my regular doctor was not so popular. Very had to get into see her. Also when trying to make appointment they keep referring to her (my doctor) as ""he"" even when I corrected her.

This day I went in as a walk in. I could tell no difference in the response I received as if I was with my Primary Care Physician!

Mrs Chung is an excellant practitioner. She has seen me on several occasions and has always been super professional, caring, and helpful. And her calm demeanor really helps.

She appeared relaxed, and confident and radiated a genuine interest in my condition.

She went above and beyond in providing a care plan for me that would address my current situation and a Plan B since I would be out of town for the holidays.

Courtney was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. She was caring, confident, knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to me. The nurse who initially saw me was also very courteous and had an upbeat, friendly personality.

The provider listened to the symptoms, ran flu/covid test, but sent me home to treat the symptoms. When in fact, I had pneumonia.

It isn't the provider's fault the appointments are short and can feel rushed. It is the system of corporate Healthcare and insurance that demands the rapid turnover of appointments for the sake of their financial bottom line.

The Dr. Is not the problem. Sitting and waiting so long in the waiting area is.

Was very pleased with the provider.
