Dr Belyeu was good. She was professional and listened to my history and my concerns. She explained the MyChart App and how to communicate with her.

Questions are answered and explained well.

She tries but her staff does not make her look good they make her look incompetent and that should never happen. MA SHAUNA is rude!

The last two critieria above are probably the hardest things that docs are able to do ... but Doc Belyeu does it quite well and with sincerity. I think with most doc's schedules these two are the first to be cast aside ... Doc Sanders and Doc Belyeu are the exceptions ...

My NP was excellent. She did need to involve the doctor as expected would need to happen. Being in medical myself I really needed my doctor and now will need to wait again until September for that appointment. I am being treated in Houston under a sub-specialist and here in Corpus with various specialty doctors of which need my pcp engaged.
