A board-certified family nurse practitioner, Debra Parra, is part of CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Corpus Christi, Texas, where she provides personalized, compassionate care for the entire family. Debra specializes in family medicine where she helps patients manage their acute and chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
A Coastal Bend native, Debra has spent most of her life in the Corpus Christi area. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Texas A&M – Corpus Christi and her master’s degree from the University of Texas-Arlington. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Debra was a nurse at CHRISTUS Spohn for nine years.
Debra’s philosophy is to help her patients take an active role in their health. She listens to her patient’s concerns and needs so together they can develop a healthcare plan that is best for them.
