Great experience

I had seen a specialist so she inquired about that and was their any new testing / meds change. I also felt I had a UTI and she arranged for a "" dip stick"" test in the clinic so I didn't have to go to the lab. Test was positive so she prescribed antibiotics. I know the extra time probably put her behind on her other patients but she never made me feel rushed

She is a very professional. I like her.

I think the volume of patients they see makes it hard to establish a connection. The np was straight the to the point and move on to the next. Respectful. I think the admin needs to recognize these providers are not robots either and maybe doing the best they can with the excess volume they see. Overall ill see this provider again she did her job quick and was nice.

Very pleased with all recommendations except really wanted to do blood test now instead of 3 months later since my kidneys are declining rapidly and it's already been 3 months since last test. But I guess she knows what's best.

After blood pressure got referred to ER. Someone made a mistake on the referral and wrote HBP and it was low BP. ER Dr caught it.

Some additional training in patient interaction is in order. And a little more humility wouldn’t hurt.

She did good but like said so needs to look at the Patient more than the computer. I know it was my first time to meet her. It makes a patient a little more comfortable at the Doctor's office when we are a little nervous anyway
