Dr Rizqhalla listens and knows about what I am experiencing. The Medical Assistants also are very helpful and the XRay Team too.

I would have liked information on how to or what to do or use to help put on my socks. I'm unable due to arthritis and neuropathy be able to trim my own toenails...I still have no idea what if anything I can do to solve this.

Doctor was fine. But clinic was run and staffed poorly.

The shot for anesthesia was a great shock of pain. A forewarning might have helped. More conversation about what to expect

I was very nervous and embarrassed by the condition of my feet. The doctor made me feel comfortable by making me realize the condition of my feet is because of my diabetic condition. I actually left her office feeling better about myself and that there is hope for my feet.

I would just let her know that is if that's the kind of attitude she's going to have with patients especially the ones who are on Medicaid or Medicare then she does not need to be a provider she needs a different job to where she has no contact with humans because her conduct is very horrific

Im appalled that I came to get fixed paid for it was treated like a dog twice and am worse off than before I came to that office. There was no follow up or compassion for the bad time I had.

Dr Rizqallah is such a great dr. She treats me with respect.... listens to me.... she explains things to me where I can understand. I actually look forward to my Dr visits with her!

I have foot swelling and pain on a daily basis due to numerous previous foot surgeries. I was told that basically there really was'nt anything that could be done besides going to therapy and I honestly do not feel that will help in my situation.
