Meet Eric Freeh, DO
Eric J. Freeh, DO, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in trauma and fracture care. Recognized nationally as an expert in his field, he serves as a faculty member of the International Trauma Society and the AO Foundation (Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Osteosynthesefragen), ensuring he remains at the forefront of the latest treatment advancements.
In addition to his expertise in fracture care, Dr. Freeh specializes in sports medicine and knee arthroscopy. He has a particular interest in hand and upper extremity surgery, frequently treating conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, ganglion cysts, arthritis, meniscal tears, and ligament injuries. He is known for his patient-centered approach, taking the time to listen and develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize recovery and a return to daily activities.
Outside of work, Dr. Freeh is an accomplished musician, playing guitar, mandolin, banjo, and ukulele—a passion he enjoys sharing with his children. He is also an avid antique car enthusiast who takes pride in restoring and rebuilding classic vehicles, often making it a family activity.
