I have nothing but compliments for Dr. Franklin. The older nurse need to be taught some manners.

He was very nice and listened to me and gave me lots of information so that I could understand what was to follow. The office also gave me a call back to check on me and to check on the referral to a ENT specialist.

Review a patient's profile before stepping into the room. Look at medications they are allergic to before thinking you would prescribe something that is on their chart as being allergic too.

I think as much as I pay for coverage monthly to take my health care seriously I do not need to be treated like the provider is in a hurry and I am beneath I think I should be evaluated and be told if there are any concerns and have him listen to my concerns I feel like this was not the case when I saw the provider

Why did he think his judgment was better than my previous 2 doctors? He could have refilled my prescriptions if he had wanted to. My doctor retired (Dr. Benavidez) and I was in need of refills.
