Wait, I didn't finish my first page of the survey and I can't go back. Was about to say: Was my first visit to see Dr. Nelson (new patient). He was thorough and personable. I felt like he answered any and all questions clearly and asked many questions about my overall health and lifestyle to get to know me and my medical history. The intake nurse was fabulous too, very thorough and personable. Same for the front desk staff. EVERYONE in the office I saw or interacted with was incredibly personable and kind. Really made my first visit easy and comfortable from start to finish!

My nurse did not rush through our interview. She made sure I understood what I needed to continue and what I needed to change in my routine. She did an excellent job.

I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr Nelson.

The problem is clearly with the practice - not Jason Nelson. Once I get to him he is excellent. Your customer service to get to him is very poor. Wait times on phone calls - trying to get prescriptions verified and filled are beyond poor.
