All I can say is thank you for giving me the opportunity to become your patient and giving my situation a positive outcome.

I have known Dr. Green for many years and I do like him. I just felt confused and worried when I left his office. I do feel he becomes annoyed with my questions and comes across a little grumpy. For some reason I feel we are not communicating with each other very well.

I have use Mother's ALL my life and the joke of treatment in the ER and then how Dr. Green handled things I am honestly on the verge of changing providers. All my children I used Mothers and still have a 15 yo that has a pediatrician with Mothers and I just really feel let down by the whole experience that has happened starting with the visit to the ER up to this point.

When he has a patient actually listen to their complaint but seem to care even if you don't. We as a patient have to live and deal with some kind of illness that we always seem to get the run around about because it's challenging and due to it not being an easy solved case doctors just want to throw labels to it and send us to someone else. However we are a person that's suffering. I hate going to doctors its like being a ball in a game of catch. so for me to go it means I'm truly struggling and desperately needing help as to what could be causing it and I'm sure other patients feel the same.

Dr. Green put me at ease immediately and explained his care plan to me fully in a way that I could understand. He was attentive and appeared genuinely concerned about my well-being.

I would say Dr Green goes over and beyond with his patients. I let him know my schedule conflicts and his schedule conflicts and even though he wasn't scheduled for office that day came in after procedures and met with me because he felt it was important for a face to face meeting regarding my concerns
