For the past 13 years I have always had friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. This past week was the exception.

Kimberly Schmidt is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and kind.

She’s really a great provider n concerned to do her best for her patients.

Ms. Schmidt always listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain my treatment plan in detail and in a language I can understand.

The PA we saw was fine. We liked her for her skills and etc. but she is not our dr.

Without being overtly suspicious, Kimberly made me feel like I was guilty of something because I wanted a refill for Ambien. I live 30 minutes away from the office, so I thought I'd try the tele health option, but Kimberly seemed suspicious of my intentions.

She also wanted me to have a blood test and I asked her why because the hospital had told me everything was looked good on my labs she said she wanted to check out my kidney functions just to find out that it was a cholesterol test what she did not say that she lied do not like to be lied to thank you

I would recommend my friends to go see Kimberly Schmidt because being young she's up to date too on some things and like I said the best about her was being so personable and showing she really cared about what was happening to me she got me scheduled with the endocrinologist in a timely manner whereas when I tried to get in Bryan Texas because I live in Lincoln I would have had to wait till April we have to drive almost 2 hours to see our doctor cuz we live in Lincoln now and to us it is worth the drive to go see our Christus they have excellent staff there even when you call or come in the Hill Country always taking care of us

i asked for a culture sample to figure out what the issue is exactly but we skipped that and the my issue still isnt resolved

The NP also criticized my doctor of over 30 years (now retired).

I want to thank her for the good service.

Working with my pharmacy seems to be a weak point. (Humana). They have complained several times of not be able to get thru the phone lines. This has led to some delayed RXs. Is see this as a problem for the Office Mgr.

We need more like these two young women
