Meet Lawrence Remy, AGACNP-BC

Lawrence Remy joins CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic as a highly skilled and dedicated adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner with a solid critical and cardiovascular care background. He has extensive experience in high-acuity ICU settings and has proven expertise in managing complex cases, including ECMO, advanced heart failure, and cardiothoracic surgical patients.

He is well-versed in delivering pre-and post-operative care to open-heart surgery patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to advancing care protocols. His commitment to quality care and patient wellness is reflected in his active participation in grand rounds, quality projects, and community service.

Lawrence holds a master’s in nursing with an AGACNP specialization from Texas Tech University and maintains several certifications, including Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) and Critical Care (CCRN). Bilingual in Spanish and French, he combines linguistic skills with clinical expertise to serve diverse patient populations with empathy and precision. He is passionate about approaching his patients with empathy and patience and providing equitable care. Outside of his professional life, he is an avid reader and enjoys watching mystery movies.
