Sometimes its embarrassing to talk about body functions. Everyone at the Practice understands, from having difficulty peeing in a cup, to talking about urgency etc!!

Dr Leah is wonderful. The assistant who took me back was very abrupt. She had no real people personality at all. Weight and blood pressure was not taken. It was just a quick check off the squares and she was gone. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her.

When Dr Leah came into the room she told us my case had been thoroughly disguised by Dr Ots and herself and the x-rays had also been reviewed and they both agreed with the solution plan!

I was happy that I didn't have wait long for anything after my initial sign in.

When test results are posted on My Chart they are not readily understood by a non medical educated person. If you could give a patient a rundown on what the labs shows and means it would be extremely helpful.
