Meet Lyannette Calderon, FNP-BC

Lyannette Calderon completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Florida, in 2015. After graduation, she began working at Holtz Children’s Hospital in Miami as a registered nurse in the Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant unit where she worked for four years. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami in 2018.

Prior to accepting her position as an APRN clinical instructor at CHRISTUS Children's Blood & Marrow Transplant Center, her initial experience as an advanced practice registered nurse was in the Department of Pediatric Neurosurgery at the University of Miami. Outside of the hospital, Lyannette enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
