Dr. Mark Boston serves as Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) and Medical Staff Chief of Surgery at CHRISTUS Children's. He is an Associate Professor of Otolaryngology at Baylor College of Medicine – San Antonio. He is board certified in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American College of Surgeons. 

Dr. Boston’s professional interests include children’s hearing loss, complex airway disorders, global surgery, leadership development, patient safety and quality improvement.

Dr. Boston received his received his Doctor of Medicine and completed an internship in general surgery at the University of Arizona College of Medicine.  Following a residency in otolaryngology at Eastern Virginia Medical School, Dr. Boston completed fellowship training in pediatric otolaryngology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.  He retired from the Air Force with the rank of Colonel after 21-years of service, including two deployments, 10 humanitarian surgical missions, and various assignments including surgical services consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General and Commander of the largest medical operations squadron in the U.S. Air Force.
