Same thing stated earlier. I will say the staff have and have always been very professional in the process. A special shout out to Christina. She always answers the text messages I send through the my chart process in a timely fashion. I do take special effort to not over abuse the text process but what an exceptional way to communicate going forward.

I was lost on where to go but it only to a minute for a passing by nurse to ask if I was lost and explain where I needed to go.

BEST MORE EXPERIENCED DOCTOR I EVER MET

The front area where the receptionists are is not very private. The person next to me could hear my info and I his ! Not good. Very impersonal area. You need to have more privacy. The chairs are also too close together.

All the changes did not go smoothly. So glad I was not sick for those first 2 months. Seems to be improving

Tells stories and self-deprecating jokes that make his patients very comfortable.

Just saying due to obversations while waiting....a guy at the front desk talks way too fast for his clients. Many are hard of hearing and just talking louder does not remedy the problem for them.

I wish he had an office to go to to talk with his patients about results etc. sitting in the room in a gown and with an assistant present is not conducive to good doctor patient communication.

We will stay with Dr. Strauss as he has been our doctor for 40 years. The management end needs to improve for me to stay with this group if he was not there.

Dr Strauss is great. It is just getting through the maze to get to him.

Contacting the office by phone is problematic in talking to a live person and not a machine. Return calls are very slow in happening.
