Specializing in all aspects of general adult cardiology, Dr. Mehdi Rambod also maintains a special interest in vascular and venous care. Board-certified in internal medicine and interventional cardiology, Dr. Rambod is also a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow of the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Interventions.
Dr. Rambod received his medical degree from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, Iran. He then completed his internal medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, Texas. After residency, Dr. Rambod fulfilled three fellowship programs: Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont and an Advanced Endovascular Interventional Fellowship at Columbia University/New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York.
