At CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, Melissa Rapp, NP, has joined our trusted team of cardiologists. Melissa specializes in providing heart care. She easily connects with her patients by listening attentively to their needs. The heart is the most important organ inside your body. Melissa provides compassionate care, taking the appropriate amount of time to address all your heart health-related concerns.
Melissa earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University of Louisiana, Shreveport, LA. She has more than 20 years of clinical experience and has worked 10 of those years in the emergency department. Melissa has also spent the other 10+ years of her career in Cardiac Cath and Stress labs. Melissa is an experienced Cath lab nurse and has experience in cardiac and peripheral diagnostics and interventions.
