The receptionists did not direct us to the correct waiting room and we ended up sitting with sick children around our preemie. It would have been nice if they directed us where to go.

Awesome doctor as well as their Nurse staff (the lady's that get us checked into the room and ask us questions for that days visit) super caring and attentive. It's so great that everyone asked me how I was doing as well since they say I was having a hard time walking. Everyone is doing a great job.

She’s an excellent Physician

I had major concerns about my youngest daughter’s health. We were sent for over $400 worth of lab work and have yet to hear from the dr on the results even though its uploaded in the portal.

Not so much for the provider but feedback for the office in general. When my son is sick it is so hard to schedule same day appointments now. It is typically next day and that isn't helpful at all. We are trying to look for another pediatrician because to plan for work and school with our son not feeling well makes it really difficult.

She truly cares for her patients.

One thing I was impressed by is I didn’t feel rushed by the doctor. She happily sat with us asking if I had any questions and sharing information with me.

Dr. Sky is our normal pediatrician but Dr. Bauer was AMAZING!

It’s was bittersweet knowing it was my daughter’s last appointment but good to know my daughter always felt comfortable and trusted Dr Bauer. It also eases my mind to know my 3 younger children will continue to be well taken care of in the future.
