Dr. Ekhaguere is passionate about providing evidence-based pediatric care to her patients. She sees newborns and older and strives for simplicity when explaining health care concepts to patients and their parents, encouraging a less daunting and more family-centered approach to care. She specializes in early newborn care, as well as childhood obesity prevention.
As a recipient of the Early Medical School Acceptance Program Award, Dr. Ekhaguere received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, TX. She completed her pediatric internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
She loves to travel, tackle sewing projects, and spend time with her family in her free time.
