P. Langham Gleason, MD, is a distinguished board-certified neurosurgeon celebrated for his expertise in minimally invasive techniques that prioritize patient safety and support faster recovery. Known for his precision, he was the first neurosurgeon in South Texas to perform percutaneous cervical fusions through a single, half-inch incision. Dr. Gleason routinely employs advanced, computer-guided placement of cervical spinal hardware and performs lumbar bone graft placement through incisions as small as 9 millimeters. His expertise spans minimally invasive spine and brain surgery, hydrocephalus treatment, stereotactic radiosurgery, occipital neuralgia management, meningioma care, kyphoplasty, and vagal nerve stimulation. Driven by a commitment to his patient’s well-being, he works to restore health through personalized treatment—whether it involves guidance, medication, or advanced neurosurgery.
