I was quite happy with Dr Gossum but not the nurse staff. I received snotty remarks when I asked to be taken to the outside door and the bathroom.

Can't add a thing.

After having an MRI done and being told by a Doctor that he doesn't agree with the results of the MRI is pretty disappointing. Especially considering I am in pain at night all the time with my shoulder.

I felt like I was in good hands with Dr Gossum.

More detailed and thorough information about my son’s procedure and recovery would be appreciated

English is my second language and I believe I comprehend everything that was told me by the Dr. And there may have been a lack in my memory to ask for information being forgetful like the Visit Report being address on two injuries to two different insurances. Assumed it to be a basic procedure.

Told me on the first visit I didn’t know what I was talking about. The MRI proved me right. He didn’t apologise just kept taking down to me. Not a good experience. I won’t be back.
